Looking for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to oversee and manage our cleaning operations. This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary and benefits package. Overview Residential home cleaning experience will be prioritized Career progression within or inter department No training needed Operation of machine will be advantageous (Hi-Jet/Scrubber/Single disc) Periodic cleaning experience will be advantageous Residential cleaning will be advantageous What you'll be doing Coordinate and supervise a team of cleaners to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to maximize efficiency Monitor and inspect cleaning activities to identify areas for improvement Provide training and support to the cleaning team to develop their skills and knowledge Respond to and resolve any client inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities, inventory, and staff performance Collaborate with the management team to identify and implement new cleaning technologies and best practices What we're looking for Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate a team Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address any issues that may arise Detailed knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and products Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, to meet the needs of our clients Proficiency in English and the local language, with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions A proactive and customer-focused approach to ensure client satisfaction Jober Pte Ltd UEN 201616711G EA License No: 16C8401 XING CHONG | Registration No: R22109860 #SGUnitedJobs Website : https://www.jobersg.com/
