Job Description & Requirements Role Purpose The Business Analyst will support General Insurance initiatives by managing projects, capturing business and data requirements from end users, and producing operational and management reports. The role requires strong insurance domain knowledge and hands on technical capability across claims and policy systems. Key Responsibilities Business Analysis & Stakeholder Engagement • Gather and document business, functional, and data requirements from end users • Facilitate workshops and discussions with Claims, Underwriting, Finance, Operations, and IT • Translate business needs into clear specifications and reporting requirements • Support UAT, defect management, and post implementation reviews Project Support • Assist Project Manager / IT Lead in tracking scope, timeline, risks, and deliverables • Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams • Support change requests and ensure alignment with business objectives Insurance Systems & Domain Support • Support General Insurance systems, including claims (Motor & Non Motor) and policy administration • Hands on experience with: o Merimen o TMOnline • Assist in system enhancements, operational support, and data reconciliation Data, Reporting & Analysis • Extract, validate, and analyze data from multiple systems • Design and produce operational, management, and printable reports • Support ad hoc reporting and audit requests • Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across platforms Technical Skills (Required) • SQL – data extraction, joins, validation • Oracle Database – querying and data analysis • VB / VBA – automation, report handling • Experience in report generation and printing • Understanding of asset, master, and transaction data Domain Experience • Strong experience in General Insurance • Practical exposure to Merimen and TMOnline • Good understanding of claims workflows and insurance operations Experience & Qualifications • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst (
