Job Description
Job Responsibilities Coordinate and manage pyrotechnic display projects from planning to execution. Liaise with clients, event organizers, government authorities, vendors, and internal teams on project requirements. Prepare project schedules, work plans, risk assessments, and project documentation. Coordinate permit applications, licenses, and regulatory approvals required for pyrotechnic displays. Arrange logistics, transportation, storage, and deployment of pyrotechnic materials and equipment. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery. Conduct site visits and assist in site assessments to ensure operational and safety requirements are met. Coordinate manpower deployment and support on-site project execution when required. Prepare project reports, quotations, invoices, and post-event documentation. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and statutory requirements. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Business, Project Management, or a related discipline is preferred. Relevant experience in project coordination, event management, operations, or logistics is preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Able to multi-task in a challenging environment. Able to work independently and yet contribute as a team player. Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required for events. Possess a Class 3 driving licence is an advantage.
