Location: Woodland Working Hours: 5.5 days per week (Mon to Fri: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Sat: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM ) Willingness to commit to extended hours when required Job Description: Lead the planning, setup, implementation and commissioning of the Company's worker dormitory operations, including development of policies, procedures, compliance framework, operational systems, vendor management structure and resident management processes to ensure readiness for occupation and long-term operational excellence Manage the day-to-day operations of the worker dormitory, including resident registration, room allocation, check-in and check-out arrangements Maintain accurate occupancy records, resident information, bed allocation records and dormitory administration documents Ensure full compliance with the Foreign Employee Dormitories Act (FEDA), Employment of Foreign Manpower Act (EFMA), MOM regulations, SCDF fire safety requirements, NEA requirements and other applicable statutory regulations Act as the Company's appointed representative and key liaison with MOM and relevant government authorities on dormitory-related matters Coordinate and manage government inspections, audits, investigations and regulatory submissions Conduct regular dormitory inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, company policies and dormitory house rules Ensure adequate standards of sanitation, cleanliness, maintenance, safety, recreation facilities and resident welfare are maintained at all times Manage dormitory security, access control, visitor management and incident reporting procedures Handle residents' feedback, complaints, disciplinary matters and welfare issues in a timely and professional manner Supervise dormitory support staff, cleaners, security personnel and service providers to ensure service standards are achieved Coordinate maintenance, repair and improvement works to ensure all facilities, equipment and infrastructure remain in good working condition Ensure fire sa
