Project Manager Mission You will be in charge of managing integration and deployment projects within our clients' as well as cloud environments. As the driving force behind the implementation of cutting-edge technologies, this is a highly stimulating and impactful role. You will be reporting to the VP Operations or Project Director with whom you will have a close working relationship allowing to implement a very effective projects management and follow-up strategy. Key responsibilities - Technical and Financial Management of Project - Launch of the project (Kick-off, workshop with the client) - Master the project planning and own the delivery plan - Risk monitoring - Scope Management as per Customer Contracts - Budget and Invoicing follow-up - Building relationship and rapport with the client - Drive the project committee and facilitation of meetings with the client - Regular Reporting to the customer as well as Internal reporting to management and project board - Develop deep understanding of the architectures and functional knowledge of the solution - Managing multiple projects simultaneously - Support the pre-sales teams until the confirmation of the commercial deal - Regular synch up with Sales, R&D and Support Team - Handover to support team once the project is delivered Technical environment: Big Data, Telecom network integration, network protocols, use of configuration management / ticketing / versioning tools, Python, Linux, Kubernetes, Cloud Team goals Customer Operations — We partner with telecom operators and government entities to deliver projects with precision and care.
