Job Description
Manage all aspects of a designated product category, including inventory control, pricing accuracy, product presentation, and sales performance analysis. Create and implement initiatives to boost sales growth while aligning category goals with the overall objectives of the store. Provide training, coaching, and support to retail staff to enhance product knowledge, customer service, and operational efficiency. Collaborate with merchandising teams and suppliers to address promotional activities and resolve issues, ensuring a positive customer shopping experience. Requirements: GCE O Level and above At least 2 years of supervisory experience in retail sales. Strong knowledge of inventory management, pricing strategies, and visual merchandising.
