We’re looking for an L&OD Consultant (Pacific) with experience in facilitation, content development, e-Learning, and coordination. This role is for someone who likes to get their hands dirty, can juggle numerous priorities, and is really down to earth. It’s a newly established role to support the L&OD Manager with everything from program coordination to content development and session delivery. The content is focused on soft skills and leadership, so no pest, hygiene or plant experience necessary! Why us? So only apply if you’re ready for the ride! Lastly, it’s mainly remote. Our entire team is remote, we go into the office as needed and come together when we can. There will be travel sporadically. Key responsibilities include: Develop & Co-facilitating workshops on leadership development across RI Academy (from Emerging Leaders to Middle Manager Programs) Ensure the coordination of all programs, including communications, follow ups, post-session support Work closely with the L&OD Manager to support with a range of initiatives, such as Performance Reviews, YVC Cultural Survey, Succession Planning, and projects Support with our online learning platform (U+), providing guidance and recommendations to our people Work close
