Datadog is seeking a Sr. Group Manager of Partner Marketing to oversee strategy and execution of channel and cloud partner marketing across the Latin America region. Reporting to the Director of Partner Marketing, this role involves leading a regional team to drive partner marketing strategy, align with senior partner sales leaders, and collaborate with top partners to boost pipeline generation, accelerate deal cycles, and win business across key LATAM markets. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience managing large, complex regional programs and executing successful initiatives with channel and cloud partners in Latin America. What You’ll Do: Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing Channel and Cloud Partner Marketing team to drive pipeline growth, support regional partner sales and enablement objectives, and increase brand awareness across Latin America Design and implement a regional partner marketing strategy that includes partner-led and joint in-person and virtual marketing programs, focusing on outcomes that drive pipeline generation and new customer acquisition in prioritized LATAM markets Partner closely with regional sales leadership and key strategic partners including cloud providers, GSIs, and channel partners to execute co-marketing initiatives aligned to business priorities Track and measure all regional partner marketing activities and optimize resources against outcomes and budget Ensure standardized deployment of partner marketing events and campaigns across the region with consistency in format, messaging, execution, and performance metrics while allowing for local market nuances
