About the Role We are a growing consultancy helping Singapore SMEs secure government grants, including the Enterprise Development Grant (EDG), Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG), and Career Conversion Programme (CCP) We are looking for a hungry, ultra-strong sales closer to drive business development. This is a full commission role with uncapped earning potential. You eat what you kill we want someone who treats this as their primary gig, not a side hustle. Key Responsibilities New Business Development: Proactively prospect and engage SME business owners across Singapore to identify grant opportunities Client Consultation: Conduct free scoping calls with clients to understand their business goals and map them to the right grant pathways (EDG, PSG, CCP, etc.) Sales Closing: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closing the engagement Grant Advisory: Educate clients on grant eligibility, funding caps, and documentation requirements Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, leads, and deal progression Requirements & Qualifications Proven Sales Track Record: Minimum 1years of B2B sales experience with a history of consistently hitting or exceeding targets. Grant Knowledge (Strong Advantage): Familiarity with Singapore government grant schemes like PSG, EDG, or CCP is a strong plus However, for a pure hunter, we prioritize sales ability over technical knowledge. Hunter Mentality: Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers Excellent Communication: Strong persuasion, presentation, and closing skills in English and Chinese No Side Hustles: Full commitment to this role is required.
