PROJECT ON-SITE OPERATION MANAGER JOB SCOPE: (Long Win Aircon Engineering Company) The Project On-Site Operation Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, installation, maintenance, and project execution of air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation (ACMV) works. The role ensures projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with company and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities 1. Project Planning & Coordination Plan, organize, and oversee ACMV projects from commencement to completion. Prepare project schedules, manpower allocation, and work programs. Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors. Ensure project milestones and deadlines are achieved. 2. Site Operations Management Supervise daily site activities and monitor work progress. Ensure installation works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship. Resolve site issues and provide technical guidance to project teams. 3. Manpower & Resource Management Manage project engineers, supervisors, technicians, and subcontractors. Schedule manpower deployment according to project requirements. Monitor productivity and ensure efficient utilization of resources. Conduct staff performance reviews and provide training where necessary. 4. Safety & Regulatory Compliance Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations. Conduct toolbox meetings and safety briefings. Implement risk assessments and safe work procedures. Maintain a safe working environment on all project sites. 5. Quality Assurance & Testing Monitor quality control procedures throughout project execution. Oversee testing, commissioning, and system handover activities.
