Job Description
At Lyft, our purpose is to serve and connect. We aim to achieve this by cultivating a work environment where all team members belong and have the opportunity to thrive. Our mission is to help brands reach riders during key moments of their journey — before, during, and after a ride — by delivering meaningful, contextually relevant ad experiences. Responsibilities: Help develop the strategy and objectives for our Ad Serving platform. Build a roadmap and lead a core team of engineers and data scientists to achieve it. Align cross functional partners and teams beyond your immediate development team to drive a shared vision. For example, Sales, Legal, Finance, Operations, and internal marketing teams. Take a holistic yield management approach across direct demand and external supply channels. Clearly communicate priorities, problems, experiments, and decisions across a wide spectrum of audiences, from partner teams to executives. Completely own your team's products, existing or new, from ideation through development, launch, growth, and maintenance. Understand Lyft Ads’ stra
