Key Duties and Responsibilities: Legal Advisory & Guidance: Assist the Head of Legal in advising the company and its business units on legal matters, ensuring proper due diligence, enforceable agreements, and alignment with company policy. Legal Documentation Management: Draft, vet, review, and approve legal documents (e.g., agreements, letters) and provide support to operating business units in legal documentation and processes. Execution & Compliance: Ensure completion of legal documents within targeted timelines, budget, and limits of authority, while monitoring regulatory and compliance updates applicable to the company and group. Process Improvement & Legal Templates: Assist in preparing templates for legal agreements, conduct legal research, and recommend process improvements to benefit the department and company. Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders on legal matters, ensuring alignment and smooth resolution of operational legal issues. General Support / Ad-hoc: Perform any other duties as directed by the Head of Legal or superior from time to time. Requirements: Minimum academic qualification required: Bachelor's Degree Preferred qualification (if any): Bachelor's Degree in Law Relevant work experience (years and nature): Minimum five (5) years of experience in law. Industry or functional exposure required: Legal Industry • Excellent drafting and writing skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. • Experienced in reviewing and preparing corporate and commercial agreements, conveyancing agreements, and conducting due diligence research. • Ability to review legal and compliance documents and assess the qualitative and quantitative business impact. • Strong ability to work in a team, with cross functional teams and meet tight deadlines. • Creative problem solving and analytical skills. • Ability to analyze and understand research and identify relevant and valuable information. • Extremely proficient with
