The Amazon Web Services (AWS) Data Center Learning Team is looking for a Technical Training Specialist to serve as our first dedicated Learning Lab Manager, in Hyderabad. We operate a growing portfolio - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field - Experience in a training role, including technical training - Knowledge of the electrical and mechanical systems involved in critical data center operations including systems such as feeders, transformers, generators, switchgear, UPS systems, ATS units, PDU units, chillers, pumps, air handling units, and CRAC units - Experience with communication, presentation, and negotiation - Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, SharePoint, and PowerPoint) - 5+ years of experience in data center operations or similar mission-critical facility
