Position Overview This role leads complex, high-stakes engagements as a trusted advisor to the CFO and CEO . The position is accountable for end-to-end project delivery, from problem definition to execution, ensuring quality outcomes and measurable business impact. The role manages a team of Associates and Analysts and reports directly to senior finance leadership. Key Responsibilities Own the entire engagement delivery, including scope, timelines, and quality. Break down ambiguous CFO/CEO problems into structured workstreams and actionable plans. Lead and mentor teams of Associates and Analysts to ensure analytical rigor and output quality. Act as a trusted advisor to CFO and finance leadership on strategic and operational priorities. Drive business finance transformation, margin improvement, cost optimization, and capital allocation initiatives. Oversee development of financial models, including valuation, scenario, and sensitivity analyses. Redesign FP&A frameworks for budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking. Translate complex financial analysis into clear, actionable insights for executive decision-making. Lead EBITDA improvement programs by identifying pricing levers, cost reduction opportunities, and working capital enhancements. Support corporate finance and transaction activities, including M&A strategy, due diligence, valuation, synergy assessment, and post-merger integration planning. Required Experience & Qualifications Experience: Proven track record in strategic finance, corporate finance, or performance improvement consulting with direct exposure to CFO-level problem solving.
