Job Responsibilities : Assist in establishing requirements and keeping them Up-to-date (practices / guidelines/procedures/training modules) Support the implementation of OMS for Office across all entities Facilitate the establishment and cadence of governance teams across facilities Promote HSE awareness and drive continuous risk reduction and operating excellence Support to establish and operate a assurance and audit Facilitate the annual risk process Monitor the progress of agreed actions for Risk reduction as envisaged in the Performance Improvement Plans of the entities. Undertake assurance activities in the field (through safety inspections and reporting) Conduct timely audits of buildings and equipment Provide technical expertise as and when required Intervention and escalation as appropriate to bring about corrective action. Plan and partake in safety promotion occasions like National Safety Week, Fire Service Week, Road Safety week, etc. Maintain appropriate MIS, evaluate and efficiently manage past, present and predictive information to help decision making, database, , and people management. Education Requirement : Preferably a graduate in Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering or Equivalent with professional qualifications in HSE from recognized and reputed institutions. Experience Requirement : Minimum 4 years of experience in safety related operations and overall 8 years of industrial experience. Skills & Competencies : Should have experience in managing HSE at large facilities / commercial complex Should have knowledge and experience within facility operations and Risk Management Should have good communication skills and have leadership qualities Ability to interpret HSE requirements for the line Have excellent observation and reporting skills Have good awareness on fire fighting and ERCP
