Your Role We are evolving beyond pure discovery into a platform that supports the entire home-building journey, from first inspiration to planning and execution. As AI fundamentally changes how people search, compare and decide online, performance marketing is becoming an even more critical growth lever. We have already built and scaled our Demand Capture engine (Search, Bing, CRM). Now we want someone to do the same on the other side. As Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you will own, build and scale our Demand Creation: Paid Social, Display, Native and Demand Gen (incl. YouTube). Your mission is to make sure we reach and convert the right people on our marketplace, the families who go on to build a home of their own. You will own our paid social strategy and build out our display, native and demand-gen channels from the ground up. This is not about maintaining an established setup, it is about building, establishing and scaling it. You will own a significant share of our paid budget, with the freedom to test, learn and scale what works. Supported by strong data infrastructure, broad market reach and a highly entrepreneurial environment, you will directly influence how we acquire, convert and qualify users at scale. You will work closely with Marketing, Product, Data and Leadership. This is a senior individual contributor role with high ownership, fast feedback cycles and direct business impact. What You'll Do Own Paid Social: build and scale our core acquisition on Meta, with end-to-end ownership of the acquisition experience. Build Display, Native and Demand Gen: launch, scale and optimize our demand-creation channels beyond Meta (incl. YouTube), for both prospecting and retargeting. Build creatives and creative workflows: develop the hooks, angles and assets that drive action, and build the AI-powered workflows to produce them at scale.
