What You’ll Be Doing Lead and inspire the retail team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets Be the face of the store—create a welcoming, premium shopping experience for every customer Oversee daily store operations, including cashiering, inventory control, and visual merchandising Ensure the store is consistently well-presented, clean, and aligned with brand standards Monitor sales performance, drive revenue growth, and implement strategies to boost store results Manage stock levels, merchandising displays, and product replenishment effectively Support, coach, and develop team members, working closely with the Area/Outlet Manager What We’re Looking For Strong leadership skills with a passion for fashion retail Sales-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets Excellent customer service and communication skills Able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial retail role preferred By submitting any application or résumé to us, you will be deemed to have agreed and consented to us disclosing your personal information to prospective employers for their consideration.
