Job Description & Requirements Mission To lead the integration of services, experiences, and healthproducts at Kenko Wellness in Singapore, and to create a new, scalable wellnessbusiness model that embodies Kenko’s philosophy: “Health is to be felt, not taught.” Key Responsibilities Business &Service Integration - Integrate the Japanese health supplement business with Kenko Wellness Spa operations - Design seamless customer journeys across therapy, inner health, learning, and overall wellness experiences Business Model Creation - Develop and implement new revenue streams and service models beyondconventional spa operations - Test, validate, and refine business ideas through hands-on execution Leadership in Product Sales (Health Products) - Lead the sales strategy for health products - Establish a value-based sales approach integrated with treatments andcustomer consultation - Build a sustainable sales culture focused on customer understanding ratherthan push-selling - Develop a scalable product-sales framework for future expansion Team Leadership & Collaboration - Work closely with local teams in a collaborative, co-creation environment - Foster a culture of experimentation, learning, and ownership Regional & Global Role - Act as a bridge between Japan and Singapore teams - Contribute to mid- to long-term expansion strategies across both markets Requirements Must Have - Strong alignment with wellness philosophy and holistic health concepts - Passion for building new business models and services - Willingness to contribute to the long-term development of the business in Singapore Preferred - Strong communication skills in English to support collaboration in a multicultural environment - Experience in wellness, health, hospitality, or related industries - Experience in product/service sales or business development Why This Role - Opportunity role involved in launching a new business - Unique role bridging Japan and Singapore - Exposure to a business model with future
