Experience: You qualify for the GS-12 grade level if you possess 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, performing duties such as: Advising and recommending active approaches for avoiding and/or resolving problems and reducing conflicts. Assisting in coordinating and preparing memoranda, talking points, briefing materials, reports, spreadsheets, charts, and other documentation ensuring correct formatting, grammar, and punctuation. Utilizing a variety of office automations and automated data processing systems and software programs to successfully accomplish duties. Planning and/or assisting special projects and other varied functions that will require extensive research and analysis. Prioritizing, assigning, and adjudicating incoming inquiries and requests for information, and tracking through completion. Managing and monitoring projects and assignments relating to program operations. Coordinating, creating, and tracking the travel arrangements of senior executive leadership.
