Responsibilities Generate new business opportunities for both online education services and software development solutions . Conduct B2C outreach to prospective students interested in academic tutoring services. Conduct B2B outreach to businesses interested in web development, app development, or AI integration services. Use platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Upwork to identify and engage potential leads. Perform outreach through LinkedIn messaging, email campaigns, and other prospecting tools . Qualify leads and schedule meetings with interested prospects. Maintain accurate records of leads, outreach activity, and conversions within the company’s CRM system. Collaborate with leadership to refine outreach strategies and improve sales processes. Continuously research new markets, industries, and potential customer segments. Qualifications and Experience Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development . Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork bidding, or similar prospecting tools . Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Experience selling digital services, education products, or technology solutions is advantageous. Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage outreach targets. Comfortable working
