About the role: Kong is seeking a seasoned Field Operations Manager to join our Revenue Operations team. In this position, you’ll serve as a trusted business partner; an advocate for and advisor to the AMS GTM Leadership team. You’ll define, track, and implement AMS business objectives, initiatives, strategies, tactics, and processes that scale. This role incorporates hands-on execution for a hyper-growth sales team. You need to be a practitioner of full-funnel GTM Strategy & Operations, a self-starter, comfortable working in a dynamic, data-driven environment, and demonstrate curiosity and a “get things done” attitude. The successful candidate will report to the Director, Global Field Operations. Preferred location: United States & Canada (Remote) Responsibilities: Lead annual AMS GTM planning process to include fiscal year/long-range modeling, investment ROI analysis, headcount planning, quota and capacity setting, and territory planning. Partner with leadership to design and implement the AMS GTM structure, segmentation, and coverage model across roles, including Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Sales Development, and Professional Services. Provide visibility and performance tracking on the health of the business, lead funnel monitoring, sales efficiency, and productivity key performance metrics via business intelligence applications. Lead execution of the operating cadence within the theater, supporting management inspection throughout the customer lifecycle at each level of the organization.
