Job Summary You will support clinical operations at an O&G clinic by using Plato CMS to manage patient information, communicating effectively in English and Mandarin, and applying your experience in an O&G setting to assist the medical team. Responsibilities Use Plato CMS to accurately manage and update patient records and clinic data for efficient clinical operations Communicate clearly in English and Mandarin with patients and team members to facilitate smooth consultations and care delivery Apply at least 1 year of experience in an O&G setting to support clinical procedures and patient care effectively Demonstrate strong work ethics by maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and reliability in all tasks Exhibit a friendly and approachable demeanor to create a welcoming environment for patients and colleagues Required competencies and certifications Hold current SNB registration as an Enrolled Nurse (EN) or Staff Nurse (SN) as mandated for this clinical role Other Information Work location: O&G clinic at Gleneagles Medical Centre, in person Applicants must attend a face-to-face interview Successful applicant will report to the Medical Director
