The Director, PMO & Consulting Services, is responsible for the overall management of projects and implementations for Sonexus Access & Patient Support. This includes scope, schedule, budget, and customer acceptance on small to large multi complex projects/programs to achieve tactical and strategic benefits. These projects may be focused on achieving a single goal, such as a major system implementation, or leading the implementation of a portfolio of projects for a client or internal stakeholder such as operations or IT. This role will lead Project Managers and Implementation Consultants in a seamless direction to provide high service value to the Sonexus Access & Patient Support business units by developing partner relationships with the business and their leadership. The success of the PMO is highly dependent on the continuous transformation of the project managers to a trusted leader/advisor. This leader is a change agent expected to champion the use of best practice standards in project management, implementation setup, product definition through standard process and data governance.
