Job Summary You will drive client acquisition and retention by generating leads, managing client relationships, and identifying sales opportunities in a dynamic, innovative environment. Responsibilities Generate and qualify new business leads to expand the client base Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs and tailor proposals Prepare and present proposals to convert prospects into clients Own client relationships by conducting regular check-ins and business reviews to ensure satisfaction and retention Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities across services to increase revenue Preferred competencies and qualifications Diploma or degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or related field 4-5 years of experience in business development, account management, and B2B sales within professional or outsourced services Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate proposals and influence stakeholders Ability to work independently and confidently discuss commercial proposals Proficient in both English and Chinese (written and spoken) Other Information Commission on new recurring revenue collected Account growth incentive Annual performance bonus
