Job Summary: The Restaurant Manager oversees the daily operations of a restaurant, ensuring that everything runs smoothly while maintaining high standards of customer service, food quality, and operational efficiency. This role is responsible for managing staff, handling budgets, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and creating a positive dining experience for guests. The Restaurant Manager also plays a key role in maximizing profitability, managing inventory, and leading the team to meet organizational goals.
