This role has a strong focus on core manufacturing processes, including lamination handling, cutting, stacking, core assembly, clamping, insulation interfaces, losses control, dimensional accuracy, and industrialization readiness, ensuring alignment between design, manufacturing, suppliers, and digital platforms. The position supports the “Design Anywhere, Manufacture Anywhere” strategy by standardizing processes, enabling digital tools, and ensuring that best practices in core manufacturing engineering are consistently deployed across factories worldwide. The role drives Lean, Digital Transformation, and Value Stream improvements, ensuring speed, quality, and robustness of magnetic core processes while reducing manual activities and variability. Close collaboration with Factory Engineering Process Managers, Digital Transformation Leads, Platform/Tool teams, and Supply Chain is essential.
