Job Overview The Health & Welfare Benefits Analyst supports the administration, analysis, and continuous improvement of Tufts Medicine ’s health and welfare benefit programs, including medical, pharmacy, dental, vision, life, disability, COBRA, and leave-related programs. This position focuses on data integrity, reporting, vendor coordination, and operational execution, enabling the Benefits team to scale efficiently, strengthen compliance, and enhance employee experience. This position works closely with HRIS, vendors, payroll, and the Employee Service Center (ESC) to ensure accurate and timely benefit delivery. Job Description Minimum Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field. 2. Two (2) years of experience in benefits. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Experience with Workday or similar HRIS strongly preferred. 2. Experience supporting case management or ticketing systems.
