Job Description: Join Job Duck as a Law Firm Sales Representative and play a pivotal role in guiding individuals through one of the most important decisions of their lives. In this role, you will lead meaningful client consultations, combining consultative selling with empathy and professionalism to deliver high-value legal service engagements. You will have a direct impact on revenue growth by driving conversion rates and building trust with prospective clients in emotionally sensitive situations. If you are a self-starter who values ownership, accountability, and client experience, this opportunity offers both challenge and reward Compensation range: $1,280 – $2,000 USD monthly Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Ensure a smooth handoff of signed clients to the legal team Maintain compliance with professional conduct standards by avoiding legal advice or outcome guarantees Follow up with undecided prospects within 48 hours to advance the decision process Convert approximately 60 percent of consultations into signed client engagements Sell across multiple service tiers covering a broad range of high-value legal service offerings Accurately document all consultations, including objections and client needs Conduct consultative conversations with professionalism, empathy, and composure Run 8 to 12 client consultations per
