You will support an exciting new program focused on identifying vulnerabilities in Medicaid, Medicare and the Marketplace. The position will monitor, inspect, and propose measures to correct or improve deliverables in order to meet established quality standards and guidelines. Responsibilities: Document and reporting product or service quality levels Develop and implementing standards for inspection Develop a workflow for product inspection Communicate with other team members to solve problems Follow up with the appropriate channels when mistakes are found. Work collaboratively within a team of Medicare, Medicaid and/or Marketplace policy expert SMEs and analysts. Synthesize complex policy and regulatory guidance to develop recommendations, both written and verbal, to present to senior leadership. Meet with subject-matter experts to ensure specialized topics are appropriately addressed. Review and/or copy edit content developed by other members of the team. Utilize a keen eye for detail and strong communication skills Utilize strong computer literacy and database management Required Skills: Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of Medicare, Medicaid and/or Marketplace experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience) 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance Previous experience in Medicare, Medicaid, or Marketplace Proficient in computer skills, e.g. Microsoft Office-Word, Excel Desired Skills: Highly organized, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines Strong inter-personal and comm
