Job Description
Support the Safety Officer in the development and implementation of workplace safety and health (WSH) policies and procedures Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance with statutory requirements Organize and conduct safety training sessions for all levels of staff Investigate incidents and accidents to identify root causes and recommend preventive measures Maintain comprehensive records of safety audits, incidents, training, and compliance documents Collaborate with staff and management to drive continuous improvements in safety practices Perform risk assessments and implement practical mitigation strategies Develop, update, and coordinate emergency response plans and conduct drills Take the lead or assist in safety-related initiatives and projects Keep up-to-date with changes in WSH regulations, industry safety standards, and emerging trends
