ServiceNow Developer (1-Year Contract) Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated ServiceNow Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in developing, configuring, and enhancing the ServiceNow platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions, improving workflows, automating operational processes, and supporting business requirements across IT operations and enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities Gather and analyse business requirements and prepare technical specifications. Design, develop, configure and customise ServiceNow applications and modules including: ITSM, ITAM, CMDB, and ITOM Build and maintain: Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes UI Policies, UI Actions, Flows, Data Policies, Catalog Items to Meet Business needs Perform data analysis, transformation, validation and integration to ensure data accuracy and system interoperability Develop and maintain ETL pipelines to support data workflows Automate operational tasks using: Python, JavaScript, Unix Shell, and PowerShell scripting to increase efficiency Provide technical support for applications/tools supported by enablement team, including incident/problem troubleshooting, resolution and performance optimization. Ensure compliance with ITIL best practices and IT standards, securities and governance. Collaborate effectively with application, infrastructure, security, and operations teams to align solutions with business objectives Prepare comprehensive technical documentation and knowledge base articles for user support and training Support IT Operations tools and initiatives including ITSM, ITAM, CMDB, DevSecOps and Observability platforms. Requirements Education Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline.
