Much of KF Digital growth is driven by continued adoption, renewal, and expansion of KF Sell along with complementary coaching & talent offerings to support the effectiveness of the clients commercial teams. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the design and development of Talent Suite product offerings that meet business requirements, while ensuring alignment with Korn Ferry Digital's target platform architecture. Review and interpret business requirement specifications and define associated end-to-end operational and technical solutions covering operating model, applications, data, and integration. Work with application vendors and service providers in the formulation of end-to-end solutions. Engage with business stakeholders to ensure solutions are complete, fit-for-purpose, and meet business needs Support the successful transition from pre-sales to implementation of new business capabilities and systems Maintain technical expert knowledge of our Talent Suite product offerings, roadmap, commercial models and migration strategies. Directly interact with clients and prospects to identify and/or validate business needs and determine how best our product offerings will satisfy such needs. Partner with cross-LOB Korn Ferry teams including Consulting, Delivery, RPO, Search and project teams to understand business needs, design appropriate solutions, and support successful transition from pre-sales to delivery. Contribute to the global SSA team in areas such as integrated Value Proposition development, expertise leadership and case study development.
