Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Delivery Manager to support the successful delivery of technology projects within a banking environment. The role involves end-to-end project coordination, governance, stakeholder management, risk tracking, and ensuring project deliverables are completed on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Project Delivery Support Manage project activities from initiation through closure, ensuring deliverables meet business requirements and quality standards. Develop, maintain, and track project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource allocation. Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery within agreed timelines and budgets. Prepare Steering Committee (SteerCo) presentations, reports, and meeting materials. Review and document meeting minutes, ensuring actions and decisions are tracked to closure. Coordinate project activities across platform, infrastructure, system delivery, and release management teams. Process, Governance & Methodology Ensure adherence to project delivery methodologies, governance frameworks, and control processes. Monitor project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies and drive mitigation plans. Maintain project risk, issue, and dependency registers. Work closely with the Bank's Project Manager to manage overall project plans and delivery schedules. Ensure project deliverables are clearly defined, understood, and tracked across all workstreams. Provide regular project status updates, risk assessments, issue escalations, and progress reports to stakeholders. Stakeholder Management Collaborate with Bank Project Managers, IT teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and external partners. Facilitate effective communication across project teams to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverables. Escalate critical risks and issues proactively and drive resolution. Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, accountability, and continuo
