Amazon Web Services is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to support our public sector Enterprise Support customers. This role will be a valued member of the Enterprise Support team who leads our - 5+ years of technical engineering experience - Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting for two (2) of the following: compute/storage/networking/CDN/databases/DevOps/big data and analytics/security/applications development in a distributed systems environment - Internal enterprise or external customer-facing experience with the ability to clearly articulate and present to small and large audiences.
