An Indian subsidiary of Amazon.com, (a US based MNC) in the ecommerce business, has an exciting opening for a smart, young candidates for the role of “Associate Corporate Counsel”, with 3-5 years of post-qualification - 3+ years of legal experience - Associate Member (ACS) with Institute of Company Secretaries India (ICSI) with a valid membership with ICSI. - LL.B. (undergraduate law degree) from a recognized university in India - Practicing lawyer or an in-house attorney within a reputable law firm or legal department in a reputable company, with primary and autonomous responsibility in client advisory, reviewing, drafting and negotiating the legal terms of a broad range of standard commercial contracts
