The chosen person will own a high-volume portfolio of customer-facing projects of varying sizes and complexities. We are looking for someone with a proactive leader mentality who thrives on execution, a person who masters tools like Wrike, and someone who can turn complex statements of work (SOW) into seamless customer victories. Things You Will Do: Portfolio Management : Lead 25 to 50+ concurrent, cross-functional projects from inception to completion. Project Planning : Translate Statements of Work (SOWs) into actionable project plans, milestones, and dependencies. Client Leadership : Serve as the primary client contact, guiding deliverables, timelines, and enforcing accountability. Stakeholder Communication : Run structured updates, routine meetings, and handle conflict or escalations smoothly. Resource Optimization : Monitor team capacity, resolve scheduling conflicts, and manage project pacing. Risk & Change Management : Track project risks, handle scope adjustments, and re-forecast timelines as needed. Financial Tracking : Monitor budget burn rates, track project hours, and maintain accurate PM system records. Quality & Frameworks : Maintain scalable delivery templates while ensuring all deliverables meet QA standards and there is alignment with the agreed scope. Performance Reviews : Track active project metrics and conduct post-project reviews for continuous improvement.
