About the role: The Director, Insurance Product Filing & Lifecycle Management leads execution across the ACA individual and small group QHP product lifecycle. You will oversee product-related regulatory filing delivery, quality assurance, and operational governance over the annual process calendar. You will translate strategy into accurate and compliant outputs across the product lifecycle. You will lead teams responsible for product execution and QA, serving as the central hub between Product, Technology, SIO, Actuarial, Operations, and External Vendors. You bring structure, discipline, and scalability to complex, multi-market filing and product implementation processes. You will report into the Vice President, Insurance Product Innovation and Development. Work Location: This is a remote / work-from-home role. You must reside in one of the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, or Virginia. Note, this list of states is subject to change. Pay Transparency: The base pay for this role in the states of California, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, and Washington is: $180,504- $236,911 per year. The base pay for this role in all other locations is:: $162,453- $213,220 per year.
