We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote, so you'll be able to work from home. Who The Client Is: Our client is a design and manufacturing business specializing in custom joinery and interior fit-outs. Their work consists of approximately 60% residential projects (medium to high-end) and 40% commercial projects. They work closely with clients from concept through installation, creating tailored cabinetry, storage solutions, and bespoke interiors that combine functionality, craftsmanship, and modern design. Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator with a strong background in kitchen and joinery projects, including curved designs, custom details, and other non-standard work. This role primarily focuses on residential projects, commercial and shopfitting work. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of independently managing the estimating process. Key Responsibilities: Prepare accurate cost estimates for kitchen and joinery projects, including complex and custom builds Manage and respond to tenders from review through submission Interpret drawings, specifications, and project requirements to produce detailed estimates Communicate with clients through professional emails and calls when required Maintain organized records and integrate the costing structure into the internal system Take clear notes and ensure project information is accurately docu
