About the Role We are looking for a senior Product Manager to rebuild and scale our payment product in LATAM . This role goes beyond feature delivery — you will be responsible for defining product architecture, improving merchant and user experience, and driving real business growth in a complex payment ecosystem. You will play a key role in solving current gaps in product strategy, execution quality, and market fit. Responsibilities: Drive the localization and growth of Big Pay products in LATAM, ensuring the product experience aligns with local user behavior, payment habits, and market dynamics. Define and continuously refine the end-to-end product architecture for payment flows, including user journey, merchant lifecycle, transaction routing, and fund movement, ensuring scalability and system consistency. Identify user pain points and merchant integration challenges through direct engagement with local users, merchants, and regional teams, and translate insights into structured and high-impact product improvements. Redesign and optimize merchant onboarding and integration experience, improving API usability, documentation clarity, and integration success rate to accelerate merchant acquisition and activation.
