They need skilled quantity surveyor with the following job responsibilities and requirements: Roles & Responsibilities Taking off quantities, sourcing sub-contractors & suppliers, pricing and preparation of tender submission Evaluation of price comparison and costing summary Project administration and documentation include preparation of interim valuations, pricing and agreement of contract variations, update claim submissions, preparation of final accounts Carry out site measurement Evaluation and certification of sub-contractors progress payments Understanding drawing Submit monthly Progress Claim Other quantity surveying related duties JOB REQUIREMENTS Minimum 3 years working experience in related business Willing to learn and work under pressure Proficient in Microsoft Office and CAD able to handle queries and feedbacks to associates, site team and customers. 4 off days monthly, rest days depend on schedule. able to work long hours and late in evenings and weekends Competitive salary 3k and above Positive and nurturing working environment Work location: islandwide Duration: permanent Requirements Qualifications - diploma or high school diploma Work experience- at least 2 year working experience in related fields Job type- full time Required languages: English and able to communicate with mandarin speaking customers If you have an interest in applying for this role, please WhatsApp me at 98198786 to apply.
