Job Description
Responsibilities: Design, implement, and optimize enterprise-grade DevOps pipelines (CI/CD) with security, compliance, and high availability as core principles. Participate in the specification, setup and run Proof of Concepts and demonstrations of cloud solutions. Configure and administer Kubernetes/OpenShift clusters with strict governance, namespace management, Helm chart deployments, and authentication integration. Drive cloud adoption, deploy and configure solutions in the cloud with a focus on automation, security hardening, and cost optimization. Automate cloud operations, develop infrastructure automation scripts and participate in the continuous improvement of cloud solutions. Administer and maintain servers across virtual platforms. Oversee infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible) to ensure consistent provisioning and configuration of cloud and on-prem workloads. Manage and troubleshoot middleware technologies (WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss, MQ) with experience in migration across platforms (e.g., AIX → Linux). Implement monitoring and observability stacks (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK/EFK) to provide proactive performance and incident visibility. Configure secure authentication models including SAML, OAuth, Keycloak, and ADFS across applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in highly regulated banking/financial environments, ensuring compliance with ITIL standards. Actively involved in root cause analysis for incidents, deliver detailed remediation, and guide BAU (business-as-usual) operational excellence. Requirements: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering or a related technical field. 10 years and above in IT Infrastructure, DevOps, and Cloud engineering roles, with at least 6 years of experience implementing CI/CD pipelines integrated with code quality and security tools.
