Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Advanced Process Control(APC) Engineer to support manufacturing optimization initiatives within ahigh-volume production environment. This role will focus on leveraging data analytics, automation, artificial intelligence, and machine learning technologies to improve process performance, increase productivity, and drive operational excellence. The ideal candidate should possess strong programming capabilities, analytical thinking, and a good understanding of manufacturing or process engineering environments. Key Responsibilities Process Optimization & Automation Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing performance, yield, productivity, and cost efficiency through data-driven solutions. Develop and implement advanced process control strategies to enhance process stability and equipment performance. Support the integration of manufacturing data collection and process control workflows. AI, Data Analytics & Machine Learning Design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning models to support manufacturing improvement initiatives. Analyze large volumes of operational and manufacturing data to generate actionable insights. Develop predictive models and automation solutions to improve operational decision-making. Software & Workflow Development Build and maintain workflow automation solutions using Python and database technologies. Develop and enhance operational dashboards and reporting tools to improve visibility across manufacturing operations. Support the design of scalable software solutions for manufacturing applications. System Integration & Continuous Improvement Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, IT, and cross-functional teams to implement and support digital transformation initiatives. Participate in system integration, process enhancement, and automation projects. Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and maintenance of implemented solutions.
