About the role: Join our fast-growing beauty brand and become a key member of our expanding ecommerce team. We are seeking a highly organized, analytically minded Manager of Site Operations & Merchandising who sits at the intersection of site operations and digital merchandising. This role owns the day-to-day functionality of OSEA .com while shaping the way our products are discovered, ranked, and experienced by customers. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of ecommerce experience, a passion for clean beauty, hands-on Shopify expertise, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This is a fully remote role. Must reside in the United States to be considered for this position. Requirements Ecommerce Operations Create and manage discount codes, promotions, and product-level configurations in Shopify Own product tagging and catalog management to ensure consistent, well-organized site architecture Own on-site inventory data and coordinate with relevant teams to address discrepancies and communicate updates to relevant cross functional partners. Build and maintain Shopify Flows to automate key tasks and streamline operations Partner with the Customer Experience team to identify, triage, and resolve site bugs and functionality issues, escalating to developers and external partners as needed Manage third-party app relationships and integrations, serving as the primary point of contact for vendors, overseeing tool performance, and troubleshooting issues in coordination with engineering and external partners as needed. Site Merchandising Maintain and execute a site merchandising calendar aligned to product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns, ensuring on-site presentation reflects key moments and is delivered on time and on brand.
