Position OverviewThe Director, Field Medical is responsible for providing leadership to the field medical/MSL team across PharmaEssentia’s therapeutic area(s) in 5 key territories: Florida (FL, PR), Carolinas (NC, SC, Virginia), Central (OH, KY, TN), Midwest SE (AK, KS, MO, OK) and Southeast (AL, GA, LA, MS). This position must be based out of Florida and will be responsible for developing, deploying, and monitoring key performance indicators and encouraging individual professional development goals across the field medical team.
