BCMC is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to oversee and manage our DoD Program. The Senior Program Manager will lead a team to build, deliver, and manage classified and unclassified ServiceNow FSM capabilities. The Senior Program Manager will also provide comprehensive support for the usage of ServiceNow across various capabilities and lanes such as Program Management, Solutions Architecture, Business Process Integration & Automation, Project Management, and Cyber Security. To ensure program success, the Senior Program Manager will manage the total work effort, plan and schedule, manage resources, plan transitions, prepare deliverables, assure quality and metrics, manage customer relationships, and engage in strategic business planning. Additionally, the Senior Program Manager will be responsible for identifying opportunities to expand offerings, improve service delivery, and cultivate a culture of innovation within the team to drive business growth. This is a remote position. Clearance: US Citizenship and ability to obtain DoD SECRET clearance Core Work Hours: 7:00am - 4:00pm Monday – Friday, except Government Holidays Place of Performance: Remote Education/Certification Requirements: Bachelor's degree in information technology related field or business administration; Project Management Professional (PMP) or Project Management Institute Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI ACP) certification required. Minimum Qualifications: 8+ years of relevant work experience in a very fast-paced, dynamic environment 5+ years of experience managing ServiceNow FSM platform implementations Experience with leading teams and managing web applications 3 years’ experience defining and delivering systems’ support strategy, including business analysis and requirements gathering abilities.
