Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards. Develop and implement financial controls to support the organization's growth in the retail sector. Prepare and analyze financial statements to provide actionable insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise financial performance. Monitor budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Lead the preparation of tax filings and liaise with external auditors. Support strategic decision-making by providing accurate financial data and analysis. The Successful Applicant A successful Financial Controller should have: CA (15+ Years of experience) Proven expertise in month end closing, MIS, Plant finance Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Experience in the manufacturing sector, particularly with electrical and IT products. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
