About the role We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Trucking Coordinator to join our team at based in the Changi Airport East Region. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for coordinating the efficient transportation of goods and materials across our road transport network. Key responsibilities Liaise with clients, carriers, and internal teams to schedule and monitor the delivery of goods Manage the dispatch and tracking of trucks, ensuring timely and safe delivery of shipments Optimize transportation routes and schedules to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness Maintain accurate records of shipments, including documentation and inventory tracking Identify and resolve any issues or delays in the transportation process Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with all stakeholders Collaborate with the logistics team to continuously improve processes and procedures About you At least 2 years of experience in a similar trucking or logistics coordination role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, carriers, and internal teams Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen eye for detail Proficient in using transportation management software and other relevant tools Knowledge of road transport regulations and best practices in the logistics industry Flexible and adaptable, able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines Only Singaporean/SPR need to apply
