Your mission is to shape the end-to-end experience across the Agent Studio platform - from Landing, Building, Supervising and the Multi Channel Experience. This critical role drives the design vision for foundational tooling, human supervisor interfaces, and the market-leading user experience across all surfaces from Voice to Webchat, WhatsApp, Email, and SMS. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of design craftsmanship, driving a unified, world-class experience, and maximizing the impact of design across the entire organization. Key Responsibilities Lead Design Initiatives: Define and deliver product design across multiple initiatives, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals. Advocate for Design Systems: Support and promote the company wide design system and ensure its use. Champion brand, copy and design standards. Shape Strategy: Partner with Product and Engineering to define product strategy. Shape product and business opportunities.
