Role Overview The Principal Solution Engineer plays a pivotal role in aligning innovative strategies to technology solutions within complex accounts across the Financial Services vertical (including banking, insurance, wealth management, capital markets, and lending). As a dynamic blend of business consultant and technologist, you will act as the "front door for IT," navigating deeper technical waters to help customers connect with their clients in new ways. Through collaboration with the customer, internal business stakeholders like Account Executives, Solution Engineering peers, Product Management, Product Marketing, and more, you will develop thoughtful solutions and interact with the entire customer lifecycle. You will guide deal strategy by providing deep insight into the technical and business buyers, acting as a trusted advisor who drives innovation and improves business performance.
