Number of Openings: 1 The DCX Client Services – Home-Based Operations Project Manager will serve as a critical bridge between executive leadership and day-to-day operational execution. This role is ideal for a results-driven “driver” who is equally comfortable handling detailed logistics tasks and overseeing high-level company initiatives. The right candidate will bring structure, accountability, and forward momentum—ensuring priorities are executed efficiently while maintaining alignment with broader business goals. REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES Strong Communication – Effectively bridges information between the founder, teams, and clients, ensuring clarity and alignment. Problem-Solving – Quickly addresses issues, especially escalations, and develops solutions that prevent recurrence. Adaptability – Navigates changing priorities, urgent matters, and operational challenges with composure. Critical Thinking – Analyzes processes to identify gaps, streamline workflows, and improve efficiency. WHAT YOU WILL DO Logistics Triage & Accountability: Monitor all incoming logistics requests, assign ownership, and follow up relentlessly to ensure the team completes "to-dos" on time. Strategic Project Management: Drive and manage high-level business initiatives at the directive of the VP of Operations and COO. Operational Reporting: Track progress on long-term goals and ensure departmental tasks align with broader company KPIs. The candidate will manage and distribute reporting from Excel (creating reports is not required). Loop Closing: Identify bottlenecks in processes and proactively suggest solutions to leadership.
